Our Aim
Our aim is to ensure you get high-quality professional workmanship at competitive prices, not the door knockers providing the horror stories you see on TV who are happy to take the money and not be seen or heard of again.
Simply put, we will help the common householder to gain confidence in the building trade and help construction companies/professionals build the reputation they deserve.
The UKBA Code of Conduct
To help us make this vision a reality we are launching the first phase of our operation: The UKBA Code of Conduct. The UKBA code of conduct is a simple and easy to understand form/contract in plain English. Its easy to use, you just negotiate a price with the worker, detail the work and both of you sign the form. It has 3 pages, you keep page 1, you can register page 2 with us, and the builder takes page 3.
The UK Builders Academy
The proceeds from the sale of the code of conduct form will go towards opening the UK Builders Academy. The UK Builders Academy is a place where Builders can enrol to upgrade their skills and techniques and keep up to date with new technology and products. We will also keep a record of the work carried out and the quality of work produced.
